At Edges we love what we do, we love our staff and we love our guests, and we cannot wait to see you all again soon! However, it is our responsibility to do our part in protecting the health and wellness of our team and community, so in order for us to re-open, we are going to require your patience to get all the new requirements and protocols in place.
We know everyone heard the exciting announcement regarding the potential reopening of salon & spas, as did we. Salons are set to potentially open May 14th as part of Phase 1, and spas will be part of Phase 2, with a date to be announced. We know this is super exciting, however we are going to require everyones patience in order to ensure we have a safe & successful reopening. This is all brand new to us and we are working through it to ensure we have all the correct information. We still have not been given specific details as to what is required from us, and a lot of the equipment we know we need will take a couple of weeks to arrive.
We also need time to train all of our staff on the new protocols, as well as get the new protocols for clients out to everyone. Our hours will need to be adjusted, as well as everyones schedules, and we will not be booking in appointments until everyone on our cancellation list from March, April & May has been called. We ask you do not contact us at this time for an appointment, as we are overwhelmed and unable to give you the customer service you deserve. All currently booked appointments from now until June 1st have been cancelled; we will be in touch as soon as we are able to begin accepting appointments.
Please note, your next appointment with us will look and feel a little different, but we want you to know the level of service you receive will not change. We will send out a full list of your responsibilities prior to attending your appointment, as well as information on our new scheduling software, so please look for an email in the coming weeks.
For your convenience, you can still purchase gift cards online and a variety of professional product can be ordered from ShopBeauty.com using our code CYYFTSHZ, which still supports us and your service provider.
